59-year-old Yemi rescued from suicide attempt on Third Mainland Bridge by Lagos State RRS.

The Lagos State Rapid Response Squad (RRS) rescued a 59-year-old man named Yemi from attempting suicide on the Third Mainland Bridge during a routine patrol. Overwhelmed by personal challenges, Yemi was stopped before he could jump into the lagoon. RRS Commander CSP Shola Jejeloye provided counseling and placed him in protective custody until his family could arrive. This incident adds to previous rescues made by the RRS on the same bridge.
