A 39-year-old Rochester man is in critical but stable condition following a hit-and-run accident on Friday night at the intersection of Clifford Avenue and Spiegel Park. The motorcyclist, who was riding an unregistered bike, was struck by an unidentified vehicle that fled the scene around 11:30 p.m. The police are investigating and urge anyone with information to contact 911. No arrests have been made yet.
