Tiffany Barrer, a 31-year-old mother of five from Sudbury, Ontario, was killed in a multi-vehicle crash near Port Dover on September 14. Her partner, Eric Rainville, is hospitalized in serious condition. A GoFundMe campaign initiated by Barrer's sister has raised over $21,000 to support the family. A celebration of life is set for September 27. Brandon James Moore, 40, has been charged with attempted murder and dangerous driving in connection with the incident.
