The Vernon County Sheriff's Office in Wisconsin is seeking public help to identify a motorcyclist who fled from officers on September 15 on US Hwy 14, north of Viroqua. The individual, who was wearing blue jeans and carrying a red and black backpack, did not have a visible license plate.
