Grant Beacock, a resident of Chilliwack, has been on a nearly six-month journey, walking from the Alaska/Yukon border at Beaver Creek through Yukon and British Columbia. He carries essentials in a 170-pound hand-drawn wagon. Along the way, he has enjoyed nature, encountered bears, and met many people. Beacock is currently in 100 Mile House, continuing his adventure through the wilderness.
