A rollover crash in Casco Township, Michigan, on Friday afternoon resulted in one fatality and one serious injury. An SUV lost control on northbound I-196, overturned multiple times, and landed in a ditch. The driver succumbed to injuries at the hospital, while the passenger remains in serious but stable condition. Preliminary findings indicate that lack of seatbelt use may have contributed, but speed and alcohol were not factors. The highway has since reopened.
