A man in his late 20s or early 30s was found shot dead in a crashed vehicle at the Avana Star Lake Apartments in Federal Way, Washington, early on September 19. Police responded to the scene at around 1 a.m. and confirmed the victim was pronounced dead despite rescue efforts.
