Casey Donald Marshall, a 40-year-old man from Dorchester County, has been arrested for alleged second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. His arrest followed a tip from the Osceola County Sheriff's Office in Florida, which linked him to a nudist community. Investigators claim he used an online messaging site to share explicit photos of a child. He is currently detained at the L.C. Knight Detention Center with a $65,000 bond.
