11-year-old boy from Maine charged for terrorizing with non-explosive device on school bus.

An 11-year-old boy from Gray-New Gloucester, Maine, has been charged with terrorizing linked to a suspicious device found on a school bus carrying 15 students. The bus driver safely evacuated everyone, and the Maine State Police Bomb Squad responded, closing Ricker Road for two hours. The device, later discovered at the student's home, was deemed non-explosive. The student was charged and released to his parents' custody.
