Vermont musician Noah Kahan collaborated with Ben & Jerry's to launch a limited-edition ice cream flavor, Northern Latte-tude, featuring maple latte ice cream with graham cracker dough. Introduced at a benefit concert in Essex, Vermont, the flavor raised $15,000 for Kahan's mental health charity, The Busyhead Project. The Vermont Governor also proclaimed September 19th as Noah Kahan's Busyhead Project Day, honoring his advocacy for mental health.
