Sotaro Ishikawa, leader of Japan's Rivaton Group, is accused of laundering approximately $628.7 million and has ties to Singapore, where he owned a condominium and served as a director of a software company. After fleeing Japan in February amid police investigations, Ishikawa's syndicate is linked to over 40 members, using shell companies and processing illicit funds through 500 companies and 4,000 bank accounts from 2021 onward.
