Columbiana County Commissioner Mike Halleck announced that the board meeting on September 25th will be held at the second floor conference room of the county Department of Job and Family Services, located at 7989 Dickey Drive, Lisbon, starting at 9 a.m. A public hearing for a 0.7917-acre annexation request from Perry Township into Salem will begin at 9:10 a.m. Attendees must sign in and show identification. The venue change is due to expected high attendance.
