Australian soldier Kira Korolev and her husband Igor were arrested in Brisbane for allegedly preparing for espionage by accessing Defence computer systems and sharing sensitive information with Russian operatives. Authorities seized 12 devices from the couple as evidence. Kira, an information systems technician, reportedly traveled to Russia without declaration and instructed Igor on accessing her work account. They face up to 15 years in prison if convicted, with their next court appearance set for December 20.
