Donald Merrill Jr., 25, from Vergas, Minnesota, has pleaded guilty to breaking into Billy's Corner Bar and Grill and stealing a handgun intended for a raffle. The burglary occurred on March 27, and surveillance footage captured Merrill breaking a window to access the gun. He was arrested the next day after deputies searched his home. Merrill's sentencing is set for November 4, while his father faces charges in relation to the incident as well.
