An eight-year-old boy died after falling from a window at his home on Costock Avenue in Sherwood, Nottingham, on September 18, 2024. Emergency services responded at 7:15 PM, and the boy was transported to Queens Medical Centre, where he later died from his injuries. Nottinghamshire Police are investigating the incident and are asking anyone with information or dashcam footage to come forward. Chief Inspector Jon Scurr expressed condolences to the family.
