Karnataka High Court postpones BS Yediyurappa's POCSO case hearing, transferring it to CID.
The Karnataka High Court has postponed the hearing for former Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa's plea related to a POCSO case alleging the harassment of a minor. The case, registered in March 2024, has been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). Yediyurappa, who has sought to quash the case and requested anticipatory bail, is required to attend a hearing on September 27. The BJP claims the case is politically motivated.
