Indian commander in South Sudan praises Pakistani peacekeepers' leadership and efforts in protecting civilians.

Lieutenant General S Mohan, an Indian commander in South Sudan, commended the professionalism and dedication of Pakistani peacekeepers in the United Nations mission. He highlighted the leadership of Brigadier Shafqat Iqbal and Lieutenant Colonel Shahbaz Aslam, as well as the efforts of female peacekeepers Major Sania Safdar and Major Komal Masood, who received the Gender Advocacy Award. Their work has been vital in protecting civilians amid severe challenges in South Sudan.
