Dominion Energy Virginia has launched a Residential Charger program for electric vehicle owners, offering an easy way to buy and install Level 2 chargers at home. Customers can finance the charger through monthly bill payments, and low-income eligible customers may receive one at no cost. The program also includes a time-of-use rate structure to help lower electricity costs. This initiative supports the increasing adoption of EVs in Virginia, where approximately 80,000 electric vehicles are currently on the road.
