Gift Nyadzawo, 23, appeared in a Harare court facing charges of kidnapping City Parking officers and inciting public violence after allegedly diverting his route and encouraging assaults on them. He was arrested on September 12. In a separate case, 26-year-old Kelvin Mhasi is charged with culpable homicide for negligently hitting a pedestrian with his Toyota Hiace, resulting in death. Both await bail decisions.
