127-unit Freshwater housing development faces renewed opposition due to environmental, infrastructure, and road safety concerns.
A proposed 127-unit housing development in Freshwater, Isle of Wight, has faced renewed opposition from local councillors, the Freshwater Parish Council, and 28 residents. The plan, by Tallulah Estates Ltd, has been re-advertised after being rejected over 11 years ago. Concerns include environmental impact, inadequate infrastructure, and road safety, particularly on Camp Road, which is deemed unsafe for increased traffic.
