Over the weekend, the Maryland Car Rally Task Force dismantled seven illegal street car rallies in Baltimore and surrounding counties, arresting five individuals. Up to 200 participants attempted to block intersections. Those arrested face penalties under a new state law, with charges including driving under the influence and unlawful assembly. Two juveniles were also charged with firearm possession.
