The Indiana Natural Resources Commission (INRC) has proposed limited bobcat trapping in 40 southern counties, allowing one bobcat per trapper with a season quota of 250, following a legislative directive. Public comments will be accepted. Additionally, statewide river otter trapping regulations have been finalized, permitting a quota of 750 otters and a limit of two per trapper, with the season running from mid-November to mid-March.
