Dalton PD investigates suspicious woman's death in home, cause undetermined, GBI assists.
The Dalton Police Department is investigating the suspicious death of a woman found unresponsive in her home on Rio Vista Drive. Responders were called by a friend, and despite being taken to a hospital, she was pronounced dead. The cause of death is currently undetermined, and foul play has not been ruled out. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is assisting, and anyone with information is encouraged to contact Detective Charles Williams.
