Marissa Calhoun and Stephen Castaneda are suing Reproductive Partners Medical Group in Los Angeles, claiming the clinic discarded their embryos, jeopardizing their chances of having biological children. They allege negligence and seek damages after the clinic failed to label embryos, which were later destroyed. The couple also accuses the clinic of providing incomplete records and lacking proper procedures for handling embryos. A court hearing has yet to be scheduled.
