Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has designated September 20 as the Day of Khankendi, Khojaly, Khojavand, and Aghdara, commemorating cities liberated from Armenian control. El presidente azerbaiyano Ilham Aliyev ha designado el 20 de septiembre como el Día de Khankendi, Khojaly, Khojavand y Aghdara, conmemorando ciudades liberadas del control armenio. The Ministry of Culture and the President's representatives will oversee the implementation of this decree, while the Cabinet of Ministers will handle associated matters.
