Vaneil Lamaar Morehead, 23, from North Charleston, has been arrested and charged with attempted murder and several other offenses after allegedly shooting at a vehicle while under the influence of psychedelic mushrooms. The incident occurred on Highway 17, where the victim, unharmed, reported the shooting after hearing multiple gunshots. Morehead confessed during a traffic stop conducted by Mount Pleasant Police and is currently in custody.
