Greenwood City Council member Timothy Terry, 50, was arrested early Saturday for driving while intoxicated (DWI) and refusing a chemical test. A deputy observed his vehicle veering off course before the arrest. Terry, who maintains he was not intoxicated and has pleaded not guilty, plans to remain in his council position and as a sports broadcaster. He was released on a $1,000 bond and has two weeks to secure legal representation.
