The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has lowered the qualifying cut-off percentile for the NEET MDS 2024 exam by 21.692% across all categories. This change, prompted by the United Doctors Front Association, aims to fill vacant seats in postgraduate dental programs. New cut-offs are 28.308 for General, 18.308 for SC/ST/OBC, and 23.308 for UR-PWD. The National Board of Examinations will soon release updated results, leading to a reopening of counselling registrations.
