American gymnast Jordan Chiles has appealed to Switzerland's Supreme Court to overturn a Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruling that stripped her of her bronze medal in the women's floor exercise at the 2024 Olympics. Chiles argues that her "right to be heard" was violated when CAS rejected video evidence supporting her coach's timely appeal. She also claims a conflict of interest involving CAS panel president Hamid Gharavi, who has ties to Romania.
