Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has ceased operations in Russia after 32 years, following the Justice Ministry's revocation of its NGO registration. While MSF retains its Moscow office, it has halted field programs that provided aid to vulnerable populations, including the homeless and those affected by the Ukraine conflict, assisting over 52,000 individuals since the invasion began. MSF expressed hope to resume work in Russia in the future.
