A Delhi court dismissed two petitions by Arvind Kejriwal, leader of the AAP, challenging summons related to a money laundering case linked to the Delhi excise policy. Special Judge Rakesh Syal ruled there were sufficient grounds to proceed against him after Kejriwal failed to appear before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) despite multiple summons. He argued that he did not intentionally avoid the summons and raised procedural concerns.
