Yodel driver throws fragile packages over gate in Cornwall, recipient seeks refund.
A Yodel delivery driver was recorded throwing fragile packages over a 6ft gate in St Austell, Cornwall, on September 9. The recipient, Steph McIntosh, a business advisor, did not receive a delivery notification and later reviewed her CCTV footage. She filed a complaint and is seeking a refund from the retailer. Yodel emphasized that safe delivery is their priority and stated they are implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
