A JLL India report forecasts that indoor amusement centers (IACs) will grow from 6.6 million square feet to 11 million by 2028, driven by the experience economy and demographic trends. Currently, 500 centers exist across 83 cities, with South India holding 35% of the space. Tier I cities dominate, especially Delhi NCR. Demand in Tier II and III cities is increasing, with an expected 0.61 million square feet becoming operational by 2024.
