CSIRO Australia has launched the Regional University Industry Collaboration (RUIC) program in Queensland to enhance partnerships between regional universities and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Funded by the Queensland Government, the initiative offers SMEs free research and development training, up to $50,000 in matched funding, and networking opportunities. Expressions of interest are now open for SMEs interested in collaborative R&D projects with regional universities.
