Alfred Balcerak, a 65-year-old from Deer Park, Long Island, was arrested for impersonating a Department of Social Services employee and allegedly sexually assaulting a disabled resident at a shelter in East Farmingdale on September 6. He faces multiple charges, including forcible touching and sexual abuse. Balcerak was arrested on September 13 and is set for arraignment on September 14.
