Two men died in a crash on I-95 in Ridley Township, Delaware County, after 29-year-old Clinton Martin, who had a gunshot wound, hit 33-year-old Joshua Waltz's disabled vehicle. The incident occurred Friday night, with both men pronounced dead at the scene.
