The EEOC has sued FedEx, alleging violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act by not providing reasonable accommodations for disabled ramp transport drivers. The lawsuit claims that since November 2019, FedEx enforced a "100%-healed policy" that forced affected employees into unpaid leave or termination. The EEOC seeks damages for a Minnesota worker and an injunction to stop the policy from being enforced.
