16-year-old white male allegedly exposed himself to children at Windgate Ranch Park; Douglas County Sheriff seeks public help.
A teenage male, described as a white male in his mid-teens, allegedly exposed himself to children at Windgate Ranch Park in Douglas County on Monday at around 5:43 p.m. He was last seen walking east on William Street after leaving the park. Authorities are seeking public assistance in identifying him and urge anyone with information to contact the Douglas County Sheriff's Office at 402-444-6000.
