A 30-year-old tree trimmer died from electrocution in Overland Park, Kansas, on Friday around 2:14 PM while working about 10 feet off the ground. First responders found him in cardiac arrest and could not revive him. The incident is under investigation by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), which noted three other fatal electrocutions in the U.S. this year and nine in Kansas since 2017.
