A suspected murder-suicide in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood left one woman dead and two others injured. The incident occurred during a dispute on Thursday when a 22-year-old man shot 24-year-old Yahriesha Ortiz, along with a 21-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man. The suspect fled but later fatally shot himself during a police chase. The investigation, currently labeled a murder-suicide, is ongoing.
