64-year-old Mitchell Wiggins, former NBA player and father of Andrew Wiggins, passed away.
Mitchell Wiggins, a former NBA player and father of Golden State Warriors star Andrew Wiggins, has died at 64. He was drafted 23rd overall by the Indiana Pacers in 1983, playing for the Bulls, Rockets, and 76ers during his six-season career, averaging 10 points per game. Wiggins also had success overseas and won a silver medal with the U.S. national team in 1982. He is survived by his wife and six children.
