27-year-old Joshua Norman died in an altercation, 49-year-old Paul Rosser charged with murder.
A murder investigation has been initiated in Swansea after 27-year-old Joshua Norman died from injuries sustained during an altercation on Cwm Road. A 49-year-old man, Paul Rosser, has been charged with Norman's murder and will appear in court. Two other men in their thirties were arrested but later released. Norman's family remembered him as a loving son, father, brother, and uncle who will be greatly missed.
