The RCMP arrested 28-year-old Elijah Strawberry as the second suspect in the August 6 shooting death of Alberta county worker Colin Hough, who was killed while assisting the suspects. Strawberry was apprehended on September 13 at a residence on O'Chiese First Nation. The first suspect, 35-year-old Arthur Wayne Penner, is charged with first-degree murder. Both suspects are now in custody, and the investigation is ongoing.
