Devin Rashard Ned, 24, of Shreveport, was found guilty of attempted manslaughter and aggravated flight after a high-speed chase on August 26, 2021. Ned struck a police officer with his car, prompting the officer to fire back, hitting Ned. A stolen firearm was found in Ned's vehicle. He faces a maximum of 20 years for attempted manslaughter and five years for aggravated flight, with sentencing scheduled for October 1.
