Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers announced nearly $30 million in grants for 11 projects to enhance internet access statewide. Funded by the Digital Connectivity and Navigators Program, the initiatives aim to provide over 52,000 households with loaned devices and free Wi-Fi for another 33,000. Since 2019, the program has helped over 410,000 homes and businesses improve their internet connectivity, part of a broader effort to promote digital equity.
