Tasmania Police arrested two men linked to a drug trafficking operation in Ulverstone, seizing over half a kilogram of ice (methamphetamine) and approximately AUD$100,000 in cash, suspected to be from crime. A 52-year-old man evaded police in a vehicle, while his 36-year-old passenger fled on foot but later surrendered. Both face multiple charges and are due in Devonport Magistrates Court on September 14. Additional drugs and stolen property were also recovered.
