The Assam government will temporarily suspend mobile internet services on September 15 from 10 AM to 1:30 PM to ensure a fair written examination for Class-III government jobs. Over 1.1 million candidates will take the exam at 2,305 centers, with 429 identified as sensitive due to past cheating incidents. The measure aims to prevent malpractice while voice calls and broadband will remain functional. This is the second such suspension this year.
