Montreal police have arrested three suspects, including a 15-year-old boy, related to a double homicide on July 19 in the Villeray—Saint-Michel—Parc-Extension area. The victims, two men aged 33 and 34, were shot and later died from their injuries, marking the city's 19th and 20th homicides this year. The 15-year-old and a 21-year-old face first-degree murder charges, while an 18-year-old is still being questioned.
