64-year-old motorcyclist seriously injured in Romence Road Parkway collision with a Ford van, under investigation.

A 64-year-old motorcyclist from Vicksburg sustained serious injuries after colliding with a Ford van in Portage on Thursday evening. The accident occurred on Romence Road Parkway near South Westnedge Avenue when the van was exiting a parking lot. The van driver, a 70-year-old Kalamazoo resident, was unharmed. Authorities do not suspect alcohol or drugs contributed to the crash, which is under investigation. Information can be reported to Portage Public Safety.
