Jalisa Hill, 38, and her boyfriend Maurice Newson, 30, have been charged with the murders of Hill's grandparents, Major and Claudette Melvin, aged 89 and 85, in Fort Lauderdale. The couple was found dead in their home on March 22. Authorities allege Hill and Newson conspired in the killings, with Newson also stealing and selling the victims' car. Hill reportedly failed a polygraph test and has been uncooperative with investigators.
